Ride rules and regulations must be followed and are located at the entrance of each ride. Rides and attractions are subject to availability and/or height restrictions at each location. Children must be accompanied by an adult or guardian.
Refund pOLICY
No refunds or replacements for lost or stolen wristbands. No refunds or exchanges are allowed, including the closing of a ride due to weather conditions. *See full disclaimer below.

Pass does not include the Boardwalk Beast, Iron Eagle Zipline, Stingray Reef or Boardwalk FantaSea at the Kemah Boardwalk.
Wristband good for all rides and attractions at Pleasure Pier, Kemah Boardwalk and Downtown Aquarium – including the Adventure Exhibit. Does not include the Boardwalk Beast, Iron Eagle Zipline, Stingray Reef or Boardwalk FantaSea at the Kemah Boardwalk. FREE $5 one-time-use Arcade Play Card with the purchase of a Spring Break Pass. Arcade Play Card valid at any of the 3 properties; Kemah Boardwalk, Downtown Aquarium or Pleasure Pier. Valid on midway games at the Downtown Aquarium and Pleasure Pier only. If you would like to add more money to your play card, please see arcade or midway game attendants or visit our ticket booths. Wristband must be put on wrist immediately when received and not removed. Wristbands must be worn around wrist and visible at all times. Not wearing wristband is considered void and must be surrendered leading to removal from the park premises. Wristbands are valid 3/7/25 - 3/23/25 only . Passes valid during these days only. Rides and attractions are subject to availability and or height restrictions at each location. Ride rules and regulations must be followed and are located at the entrance of each ride. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Purchase price 79.99, plus tax. Public intoxication or the possession of controlled substances within the properties is prohibited and violators will be ejected without refund. Operational hours are subject to change at the sole discretion of management. Management assumes no responsibility for accident or loss to any person resulting from or in any way connected to the use of this premises covered by the license or by any means of ingress therefrom or ingress thereto.
